// STORY
A3E9.com publishes the work on a vendor-agnostic virtual PKCS#11 provider. The application keeps one PKCS#11-style interface, and vendor differences stay in profiles and adapters.
The same pages name the limits. A3E9 is not certified and is not a production system. Implementation on A3E9 is planned. SLH-DSA (FIPS 205) is not implemented.
// VALUES
Straight answers, transparent tradeoffs, and architectures grounded in reality.
Care for the details, from the interface the application calls to the limits a reader can check.
A stated limit stays on the page with the work.
// PEOPLE

Founder, Visionary, Lead Architect
Dennis has spent his career building solutions to operational problems, starting on the hangar floor and moving into the systems that run enterprises. He began as an FAA-licensed powerplant mechanic at American Airlines. There he became one of the top 10 suggesters in working with Engineering for constant improvements where he would share in rewards that saved the company real dollars. Then became sole developer and analyst on a system that let the airline's top 50 repair vendors in the world submitted teardown records electronically, which removed an average eight-week delay for engineers and FAA reviewers to weekly updates. Represented American Airlines for SPEC2000 Repairs. He went on to co-found Giro, an aircraft and engine warranty-recovery company that collected more than $30 million for airlines in 1997. He then founded AppsChannel, which built .NET integration tooling and an early syntax-less business-process-automation product (now known as Robotic Process Automation), raised more than $1 million, and engaged Microsoft as a strategic partner. Worked at Automation Anywhere to build their first web-based Control Room while supporting AT&T. Followed by enterprise automation and platform work at Bell Canada, NIKE, Cigna, and BNY, to name a few.
Today, Dennis uses AI extensively, including Microsoft/GitHub APM, to augment the SDLC for Hardware Security Modules (HSM): a vendor-agnostic virtual PKCS#11 provider. Drawing on his expertise and a network of solution engineers, Dennis has now embarked on the application that keeps one PKCS#11-style interface for HSM, vendor differences stay in profiles and adapters, and the limits are published on /evidence.
